Here is a 3.91 carat (4.32 ratti) natural red coral from Italy, shaped as a capsule cabochon with a smooth, polished finish. The stone shows a deep red colour with a soft, natural lustre.

The stone weighs 0.78 g, with approximate dimensions of 11.64 X6.19 X5.62 mm. It is graded Limited quality in our range and comes with an ISO Lab Certificate. Certificates from other labs, including IIGJ, GII, IGI, IGITL and Pangem, are also on offer.

It is a natural coral with no treatment applied, so small surface markings such as wood grain, groove pits or striations may be present. Coral from Italy has long been associated with fine coral jewellery and gemstone use. The capsule shape is long and slim, and it is often used in ring settings.
