Question: Can I get a custom jewelry design for my gemstone?
Answer: It depends on the design. Certain designs are not possible to make by hand, or can not be made within the price we present for other designs. As such, please email us your design and gemstone details before you place your order, and our customer service team will respond to you after reviewing internally, if the design can be made. We try our best to accommodate your request. Keep in mind however that certain designs may incur an additional charge for the manufacture of jewelry, depending on the complexity of the design.
Question: What is the free laboratory certificate?
Answer: Today there are unfortunately a lot of websites and stores that sell synthetic gemstones like natural gemstones, or hot stones / treated like unheated / untreated, or gemstones of lower quality of origin / mines like stones precious quality of origin / mine. There is no easy way for the average customer to spot these, except for a laboratory certification of gemstones. MyRatna provides a free laboratory certification regardless of the cost of the gemstone of third party external laboratories. You will receive a free lab certificate even if your gemstone is for Rs 100 or Rs 1 Million. You should never buy a gemstone without a lab that certifies its composition, treatments and origin.
