What do the shipping days mean? (When will my order be shipped?)
Shipping days are the number of days we take to prepare your package and deliver to the courier company. The shipping days are clearly mentioned on each product page. This will typically vary depending on the product you purchased, whether you want it studded in a piece of jewelry, or if you want an additional lab certificate along with it. For example, a loose gemstone is usually shipped in 1-2 days. However, a gemstone requested to be studded in a ring, will typically take 4-5 days. Similarly, a requested gemstone with an additional laboratory certificate will take even longer.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Our courier partners typically deliver orders to Metro cities in India within the next day to 3 days. For non-metros, our courier partners usually take 2 days - 7 days to deliver the product from the date of shipment. The date of shipment depends on the product you buy (loose stones, or mounted on jewelry) and this date is indicated on the product page. Is my shipment secure?
All our shipments are packaged with great care in durable, tamper-proof containers (similar to the packaging of e-commerce leaders in India like Amazon / Flipkart). In addition, all our shipments are insured. The cost of insurance is included in our shipping costs, and you do not need to pay anything extra.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you can track your shipment online. All our shipments within India are shipped by reputable couriers such as FedEx, Aramex, etc. As soon as the product is shipped from our office, you will receive an email with the tracking ID and instructions to guide you.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, dock, etc.)?
No, there are no hidden costs. The quantity mentioned at the time of placing the order and the receipt of your order is what the product costs.

(Note: These shipments are shipped by express mail such as FedEx, Aramex, etc. and usually take 2-15 days or more in contingent circumstances to deliver). However Express Shipping (2-5 days) can be availed at subsidized cost.
What shipping options can I choose?
As mentioned above, for orders above INR ………………, we offer Free Express Shipping Worldwide.
For orders lower than that value, you have an option to select Shipping (10-15 days) and Express Shipping (2-10 days). Both options are highly subsidized by us. For example, express shipping to Canada costs only INR 2000 (approximately CANADA $ 42). While express shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and some other European countries.
Keep in mind that certain courier companies have restrictions on transporting certain types of natural gemstones and jewelry outside of India. For example: Aramex can not carry gold jewelry, FedEx can refuse a certain type of natural gemstones, etc. For those precious stones, orders are shipped from the next best courier, or through the EMS SpeedPost alternative express sender that has no such restrictions (it takes up to 5-15 days to deliver). This generally affects a small number of orders and messaging policies may vary over time. Please feel free to contact our customer service team before placing your order to know the situation at that time.
Note: In some cases postal items may not be traceable online. All express shipments are trackable online.
What about custom charges, duties, etc?
Please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case to case and are beyond our reach. However, please note that there are currently no import duties on loose stones in the US, Canada and Europe. In other countries, this usually fluctuates around 1% only. In addition, professional buyers can also recover VAT. It is advisable to contact the local customs for any clarification. Also, feel free to contact us, and in some cases we may have older experiences of customers to share.
Also, please note that for international orders that after the shipment, the customer rejects or cancels, the customer will be responsible for all customs duties and VAT charged by his country, to return the items to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, customs duties and VAT, will be refunded to the customer according to the timeline of the refund.

All our shipments can be tracked online. However, postal items to certain countries such as Afghanistan, etc. can see delayed tracking. Please note that all of our express shipments are shipped through reputable logistics companies such as FedEx and Aramex.
COD Shipping: Shipping of the products ordered as Cash on Delivery (COD) will only be done after accepting 10% Pre-payment through Online Payment via link / Bank Transfer (bank details mentioned below) to confirm the order.
In our past COD shipments, many times customers changed their mind after placing COD order and we had to bear the shipping and overhead charges. Therefore we are currently not accepting any COD orders without pre-payment of 10% of your order amount (inclusive of taxes).
In case of Non-acceptance of COD Courier / Shipment by the customer, shipping charges for the same will be deducted from the Pre-Payment.
