I am from Bangalore and wanted to purchase a best Blue Sapphire for myself. I was browsing through the websites and got to know about MYRATNA. No doubt the company has variety of gemstones and all genuine and original. I kept a budget for myself and loved one stone for me. Within day, ANJUM connected with me about the sapphire I had selected and put a lot of efforts to answer all my queries. I had also asked her to share the live video under the sunlight and the lamp light. I would like to appreciate open heartedly for Anjum, a great lady with all the knowledge and confidence.
All my requests on the custom made ring experience went well. Anjum did all the best work to ensure I get what I have paid for about 1.5 Lakhs and the entire life cycle from the search to final delivery, Anjum was constantly prompt and in touch with me. I am writing this review after 20days of using the product and extremely delighted to know the Myratna team in the market . Genuine work always should see the success. So cooperative people, and genuine products they sell … I have bought an emerald stone 3 months back. But here some local jeweller with little experience created a doubt in my mind by telling me that it was a broken stone. Then I called myratna after 3 months of purchasing to complain about it. But they counseled me and assured me about the authenticity and about it’s not a broken piece. Then they told me to cross check it in some lab. I simply went to experienced old jewellers to cross check. They told me that stone is perfect and authentic. It was so nice to buy from you myratna. Purchased 4ct Emerald from myratna Online and that Gem came as it was showed online. I tested it with refractive index and under light source. It’s actually an Emerald. And it’s beautiful piece at this price. It’s faceting is slightly asymmetric from bottom but it doesn’t matter as it’s faceted it’s best from above to save the beautiful part. The owner is always responding on WhatsApp and that makes it too credible. The astrologer was made available and without any extra cost to me. I would say they practice best for customers. I had to reject gempundits because of their poor customer service and gemselections for their double prices. I have loved my experience with My Ratna. Best part they have cod and share tracker as well. Will update with my ring once it’s get made.

MyRatna is a lovely and legitimate place to find astrological gemstone jewelry. I learned from a vedic astrologer that I needed a yellow gemstone with a particular setting – and the stone had to be touching the finger. I had a difficult time finding such a ring in the US, and I wanted the setting to be simple. I worked with Anjum, a sr. sales executive, after contacting MyRatna via email. We began to correspond via WhatsApp. I’m sharing this because it was a bit of a concern to purchase this ring while I was in the US – when there weren’t many reviews outside of India, and there are so many stories of scams. When I tried to make the bank transfer to purchase it, it was rejected 3 times by my bank. I was warned again of all the scams, and was requested by my bank to do even more research. I’m writing this review to let others know that although I was also a bit nervous, I went through with the purchase anyway, and am so glad that I did! The ring is beautiful! Anjum sent me photo and video updates throughout the design and creation process. The only challenge was in sizing – on the charts that MyRatna had, the US sizing didn’t match the mm sizing. Sizes in India are different from US, so it’s not enough to know your US size. I recommend doing research on your own to best determine sizing before making the purchase, as sizing a gemstone ring in the US is quite expensive (when the stone is set to touch the finger). I highly recommend MyRatna – they were so helpful and created the most beautiful piece of jewelry for me, it was exactly what I wanted!
