Gemstones purchase is a difficult task.earlier l did not know myratna.l checked out local stores with parents and same online stores which were good but not l what wanted. my friend come to know about my astrological and real gamstone requirement and suggested me to go only to myratna. first thought that it is online and all that. my friend already bought from myratna few months back. l searched l found that myratna has a store in udaipur and l visited to buy ruby. the b building has 4 floors and myratna is at the top. l selected the ruby because l know for sure that there is some reason why many people come here to my satisfaction l checked 7-8 rubies and selected the one l like. now l have ordered with a ring you know when you find the right places it stops your future confusion and you can progress in your life. thank you my friend myratna

I had very good experience. I entered my date of birth and mobile number on My Ratna chat bot. Immediately, Gemologist attended and asked my time of birth and birth place. He told that he would inform suitable gemstone on watsapp. He connected with me on watsapp. They informed me Blue Sapphire is suitable for me. My ratna staff were very polite and never hurried me. I asked them suggestions about blue sapphire and they shown me available best options.I must tell that prices are very reasonable. They guided me in every aspect starting from gemstone selection to wearing procedure. I am thankful to them. I got good quality Gemstone which was kept in silver ring. Excellent service, trustworthy and top quality. I struggled to find someone online I could trust to buy and ship to the UK without a hiccup. MyRatna were very helpful. I requested the ring with a very specific finish and it was not looking great they contacted me and said they recommend they should change the finish as they were not happy with look. They did this at no extra cost!! The final product was very nice, the gem was good quality. They even offered alternative shipping options to reduce the cost as Covid has increased courier costs. I am studying Jytotish and they will be my go to supplier and will recommend to my clients when I do readings eventually.
